Yes. Pro is an add-on. It requires the free WB Ad Manager plugin installed and activated. It does not duplicate anything the free plugin already ships.

Does Pro ship Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay directly?

No, and that is deliberate. Pro ships the Wbcom Credits SDK with 5 adapters: WooCommerce Products, WooCommerce Subscriptions, WooCommerce Memberships, Paid Memberships Pro, and MemberPress. Credit top-ups flow through whichever payment gateway you already have configured inside those plugins: Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, bank transfer, or anything else your billing plugin supports. You do not wire a second payment stack.

What is a Site Mode?

How do membership plans fit in?

Membership plans are classifieds-only. They gate how many listings a seller can post and how many featured or urgent upgrades they get included. Ad campaigns are priced separately through credit top-ups. Plans live at Classifieds, Membership Plans and can be bought via the same Credits SDK adapter you picked for wallet top-ups.

Can advertisers run A/B tests themselves?

Yes. Advertisers can submit multiple creatives for the same campaign. Pro automatically splits traffic, tracks impressions and clicks with statistical significance, and promotes the winner, or pauses and lets the advertiser pick. Site owners see all test data in the admin analytics screen.

What happens when my license expires?

The plugin keeps working. All portals, classifieds, campaigns, wallets, and analytics continue to function exactly as before. You lose access to new updates and priority support until you renew. No features are disabled. No data is removed.

Yes. The Modules settings tab lets you toggle the portal, classifieds, A/B testing, and link partnerships independently. Classifieds-only is a common setup for directory and marketplace sites.

Will Pro slow down my site?

No. Disabled modules do not load any code, register any hooks, or create any database tables. Enabled modules use denormalized counters and indexed queries. Analytics are aggregated on a scheduled cron job, not computed on every admin page load. Real sites with thousands of campaigns and hundreds of advertisers run on shared hosting.

Can I white-label the portal for client sites?

The Agency tier ships the right license model for client deployment (unlimited sites). Branding customization is done through the theme layer: template overrides, CSS custom properties, and email template editing. The portal can be restyled to match any client brand.
