Before the first poll goes out
Two decisions that are easy to make now and awkward to unwind later, plus one piece of good news about what this needs in order to run.
Votes are stored against the member who cast them, and on an activity poll the plugin keeps the list of who chose what. You can hide the avatars, which changes the display and not the record.
If you need people to answer without it being traceable to them, decide that now rather than after the first sensitive question. This plugin is built for community engagement, where knowing who said what is the point.
Out of the box only signed-in roles can vote, and only standalone polls can ever be opened to guests. When you do open one, a guest is matched by cookie or by address, so one office reads as one voter.
