    New posts and replies scoring 0.8 or higher are marked spam, and from 0.5 they are held for review. Both thresholds are yours to change.

  2. Content moderation

    Each new post or reply is classed as safe, flag, hold or block for your community type and sensitivity level.

  3. Reply suggestions

    Unanswered Q&A posts get suggested answers with a Use as reply button.

  4. Thread summaries

    Long threads get a short summary card that refreshes when new replies arrive.

Do I need the free Jetonomy plugin?
Yes. Jetonomy Pro is an add-on and requires the free plugin to be installed and active. Both need WordPress 6.7 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer.
Does Pro replace the free plugin?
No. Free keeps running your spaces, trust levels, voting, moderation and importers. Pro adds extensions on top, so your existing community and settings stay as they are.
How do I turn extensions on?
Open Jetonomy, then Extensions, in wp-admin. Switch on the extensions you want and leave the rest off. You can turn one on later when your community needs it.
Which license tier do I need?
Pick by site count and support. Personal covers 1 site, Developer 5 and Agency unlimited, with priority support on Developer and Agency. Every tier includes every Pro extension, so no feature is held back for a bigger plan.
What happens if my license lapses?
Your community keeps running on the free Jetonomy plugin. When an annual Pro licence expires, Pro extensions keep working for a 14-day grace period, then switch off until you renew. Lifetime licences never expire.
