Your free forum is working. But your community is asking for more.

No way to react to posts
Members want to acknowledge posts without writing a reply — upvotes alone are not enough
No private messaging
Members exchange contact info off-platform because there is no built-in way to have a private conversation
No community analytics
You have no idea which spaces are active, which members are engaged, or where growth is stalling
No automation or integrations
Every moderation action is manual. No webhooks for Zapier, no email digests, no push notifications
Jetonomy Pro fills every gap — with 13 extensions you turn on only when you need them.
The only plugin of its kind

13 modular extensions. Enable only what you need. Not bloatware.

Most community plugins ship every feature in a single monolith — you pay for 50 features and use 5. Jetonomy Pro is different. Each capability is an independent extension with its own settings, its own REST API endpoints, and its own database tables. Enable reactions without enabling webhooks. Enable analytics without enabling white-label. Your community, your rules.

01

Independent extension architecture

Each of the 13 extensions auto-discovers from its own directory, has its own activation lifecycle, and can be toggled without affecting others. No dependency chains between extensions.

02

Built on the free plugin's foundation

Pro does not duplicate what free already does. It extends trust levels, spaces, posts, and the REST API — using the same custom tables, the same permission system, and the same Interactivity API patterns.

03

License-gated, not feature-locked

Every Pro extension is included in every license tier. Personal, Developer, and Agency all get all 13 extensions. The only difference is how many sites you can activate.

Pro extensions are live in under 2 minutes

1
Install Jetonomy Pro alongside the free plugin
Upload the Pro plugin zip. It auto-detects the free Jetonomy plugin and connects to it. No configuration, no separate database setup, no API keys.
2
Enable the extensions you need
Go to Jetonomy → Pro Extensions in wp-admin. Toggle on reactions, messaging, analytics — whatever your community needs today. Each extension activates independently with its own settings page.
3
Your community gets new capabilities instantly
Members see reaction buttons, can start private conversations, and participate in polls — immediately. No page builder work, no shortcodes, no template editing.

Who it's for

Community managers
Reactions reduce low-effort 'thanks' replies, analytics show which spaces need attention, and email digests bring inactive members back — all without third-party tools
Product teams
Webhooks connect your community to Slack, Zapier, and internal tools. Polls gather structured feedback. Analytics show feature request trends — your community becomes a product input channel
Educators and course creators
Private messaging lets students ask sensitive questions. Custom fields add course cohort and enrollment data to profiles. Badges reward milestones and completions
WordPress agencies
White-label removes all Jetonomy branding. Unlimited site licenses on the Agency plan. Deploy branded community platforms for clients without them knowing what powers it
Enterprise and large organizations
Advanced moderation with bulk actions, keyword filters, and escalation rules handles high-volume content. Web push and email digest keep thousands of members engaged without manual outreach

The real alternatives for premium communities are self-hosted Discourse and SaaS platforms like Circle.

If your community needs reactions, messaging, analytics, and automation, you are comparing against Discourse (self-hosted Ruby app) and Circle.so (closed SaaS). Jetonomy Pro gives you the same premium features inside WordPress — no separate server, no monthly per-member pricing, no vendor lock-in.

Know your community

An analytics dashboard that shows you what is actually happening

Most community admins fly blind — they know the forum exists but have no idea which spaces are thriving, which members are disengaging, or whether last week's announcement moved any needle. The Jetonomy Pro analytics dashboard gives you daily active users, posts per space, reply rates, trust level distribution, top contributors, and growth trends — in a single admin screen with no external service.

Space-level metrics
Posts, replies, unique contributors, and response time per space — see which spaces need seeding and which are self-sustaining
Member engagement trends
Daily and weekly active users, new vs. returning, trust level progression — track community health over time, not just vanity totals
Exportable reports
Download CSV reports for any date range. Feed data into Google Sheets, Looker, or your internal reporting tools

Everything your community needs

No extensions to buy. No integrations to configure. It ships with all of this.

Reactions

Members react to posts and replies with emoji — like, love, insightful, funny, and more. Reduces low-effort '+1' replies while increasing visible engagement. Reaction counts are denormalized for zero-cost display.

Private messaging

One-on-one and group conversations with real-time message delivery. Full conversation threads, read receipts, and the ability to mute or block. Stored in dedicated wp_jt_pro_messages tables — not wp_posts.

Polls

Attach single-choice or multiple-choice polls to any post. Set close dates, show results after voting or after close, and allow vote changes. Poll results are visible inline — no page reload.

Custom fields

Add custom fields to posts, replies, and user profiles. Text, number, dropdown, checkbox, URL, and date field types. Display fields in post headers, profile sidebars, or search filters.

Custom badges

Create badges with custom icons and award rules. Auto-award based on post count, reputation, trust level, or time as member. Manual award by moderators. Badges display on profiles and next to usernames.

Analytics dashboard

Daily active users, posts per space, reply rates, trust level distribution, top contributors, and growth trends. Filter by date range. Export CSV. No external analytics service required.

Advanced moderation

Bulk moderation actions, keyword-based auto-flag rules, IP-based rate limiting, and escalation workflows. Moderators get a unified queue with context — flag reason, user history, and one-click actions.

Email digest

Daily or weekly digest emails summarizing new posts, trending topics, and unanswered questions in spaces the member subscribes to. Configurable frequency per user. Drives re-engagement without spamming.

Webhooks

Fire HTTP webhooks on post created, reply created, user promoted, flag raised, and 15+ other events. Connect your community to Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, or any internal tool with a URL.

Web push notifications

Browser push notifications for replies, mentions, and direct messages. Members opt in via a single click. No app install. Works on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.

Reply by email

Members reply to notification emails and their response is posted as a reply in the forum. Supports attachments. Parses signatures and quoted text automatically. Works with any IMAP-compatible inbox.

White label

Remove all Jetonomy branding from the frontend and admin. Replace with your own product name, logo, and support URL. Agency and Developer plans include white-label by default.

SEO Pro

Advanced structured data beyond the free plugin's basics — FAQ schema for Q&A threads, HowTo schema for tutorial posts, article schema with author profiles, and automated internal linking suggestions between related posts.

Common questions

Do I need the free Jetonomy plugin?
Yes. Jetonomy Pro is an add-on — it requires the free Jetonomy plugin to be installed and activated. Pro extends the free plugin's spaces, posts, trust levels, and REST API with 13 additional extensions. It does not duplicate or replace anything the free plugin does.
What if I only need messaging — do I still pay for all 13 extensions?
Every license tier includes all 13 extensions, but you only enable the ones you need. If you only need private messaging, toggle that one on and leave the rest off. Disabled extensions do not load any code, register any hooks, or create any database tables. You are not paying for bloat — you are paying for the option to grow.
Can I upgrade from Personal to Developer or Agency later?
Yes. Log into your Wbcom Designs account, go to your purchase, and upgrade. You pay the prorated difference. Your license key stays the same — no need to deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
What happens when my annual license expires?
The plugin keeps working. Your community, data, and all enabled extensions continue to function exactly as before. You lose access to new updates and priority support until you renew. No features are disabled. No data is removed. No nag screens on the frontend.
Is there a free trial?
No trial, but there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Buy any plan, install it, test every extension with your real community. If it does not meet your needs within 30 days, request a full refund — no questions asked.
Will Pro extensions slow down my site?
No. Disabled extensions do not load at all — zero PHP execution, zero database queries. Enabled extensions use the same custom table architecture as the free plugin — denormalized counters, indexed queries, and cursor-based pagination. Analytics data is aggregated on a scheduled cron job, not computed on every admin page load.
Does private messaging work with existing WordPress users?
Yes. Any registered WordPress user can send and receive private messages. Messages are stored in dedicated wp_jt_pro_conversations and wp_jt_pro_messages tables — not in wp_posts or wp_comments. Trust level requirements can gate who can initiate conversations.
Can I use webhooks to connect to Zapier or Slack?
Yes. The webhooks extension fires HTTP POST requests with JSON payloads on 15+ events — post created, reply created, user promoted, flag raised, badge awarded, and more. Point the webhook URL at Zapier, Make, n8n, or any endpoint that accepts JSON. No middleware required.
Does the white-label extension remove all Jetonomy branding?
Yes. It removes the Jetonomy name, logo, and links from every frontend template and admin screen. You replace them with your own product name, logo URL, and support link. Your members and clients never see the word Jetonomy.
Is the documentation shared with the free plugin?
Yes. Jetonomy and Jetonomy Pro share a single documentation site. Free features and Pro extensions are documented together with clear labels indicating which features require Pro.
