You set the percentage, and it is the only percentage
A hosted marketplace takes its share of every order for as long as you use it. Here the share is yours: you choose the number, and the plugin takes nothing out of it, on free or on Pro. Your payment processor charges its own fees, and that stays between you and them.

The arithmetic is exactly this: your fee comes off the order, the seller gets the remainder, and a filter can change the figure per order if you need something that a flat percentage cannot express.

Is this a Fiverr clone or an Upwork clone?
It runs both models side by side. Fiverr style gigs with packages sit in the catalog. Upwork style buyer requests collect proposals, with fixed price or milestone contracts.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. The free plugin has its own checkout with Stripe, PayPal and offline payments. Pro lets WooCommerce own checkout instead, one checkout at a time.
How does the platform make money?
You set a commission from 0 to 50%, globally or per seller, plus a separate rate on tips. It comes off seller earnings automatically. Pro adds tiered rules and paid seller subscription plans.
How do sellers get paid?
Sellers request a withdrawal once earnings clear. You approve it and mark it paid, or export what is owed as CSV for a bank or PayPal bulk upload. Stripe Connect and PayPal Payouts automate it (Pro).
Can buyers pay in stages?
Yes, on buyer-request orders with a milestone contract. Each phase is paid and approved before the next one opens. This works on the built-in checkout and on WooCommerce (Pro).
What stops a seller from taking the money and vanishing?
Order earnings wait out your clearance period before withdrawal. Buyers can open a dispute, and members cannot delete their account while an order is in flight.
Can I approve sellers and listings first?
Yes. Seller registration can require approval, and service and review moderation are optional settings.
Does the plugin take a fee per transaction?
No. Neither Free nor Pro takes a share or a per-transaction fee. Your payment gateway charges its usual processing fees.
