Why experts keep answering
Good answers earn points people can see
Reputation comes from answers that help. It ranks members on the leaderboard and moves them up the trust levels.

Change any value under Jetonomy settings. Reputation also counts toward trust levels 1 to 3.
Search markup
Search engines can tell which answer solved it
When an answer is accepted, the question page carries QAPage structured data built from the thread.
- Added to a question page as soon as an answer is accepted. It is on by default under SEO settings.
- Carries the vote counts, the answer count and both authors from the thread itself.
- Unsolved questions and forum topics use DiscussionForumPosting markup instead.
- Content a logged-out visitor cannot read gets no markup at all.
Markup makes a page eligible for a Q&A rich result. Google decides whether to show one.
